App use to work on my old ipad. Now I can't download the book I use the most. I am sorry I ever bought a book from industrial press.

Can not load local pdf documents, no use.

I was forced to use this app for a very overpriced PDF book that was sold as a PDF and then I had to wait for a code to be physically mailed to me and it requires this app. And every single time I leave the book. Even though still in the app. I have to go to settings to enable Vertical Scrolling. It would be nice to set this preference one time and have it apply until you say otherwise. Why the heck would anyone want it to return to the default every time they wanted to look at something else for a moment? This app serves only the publisher. Not the customer.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews but the app bothers me so much. The interface isn’t too bad, when it rarely works…Notes/highlights aren’t synced between devices. Unfortunately it’s who AABB has chosen to partner with for reading on iPad. I’d love being able to use literally any other app.

This is the only app that my organization supports for the ebooks. Poorly built app. No way of really writing notes on the ebooks. Deletes any notes written . Doesn’t support split screen. Constantly crashes.

The ability to highlight take note disappears after I close the books. Please fix!!!

Won’t even let me log in. And save the generic “Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Reach out if you need assistance.” response because nothing you do will be helpful unless you just fix your app. Waste of time, don’t even download.

Can’t even login to my aspen law account.

This works to read, but speech to text only works if the app is open which is frustrating.

After last update it keeps crashing every second , no way to read a book

Downloaded in spite of poor reviews. Couldn’t sign in to my account after repeated attempts. I’ll give a star for a nice looking user interface but don’t trust your expensive books to it.

I try to login and it says an error occurred.

I messaged them and all I got were the directions I have been following. How do I loving to an aspen law account?? —————————— I can login now and download a book. Customer service is awesome! I can’t speak to the quality yet.

Stop “apologizing for our negative experience” and fix this app. Its clear that the only reason anyone uses this app is because they have no other option. I can’t even highlight text. You should all be sued.

Can’t sync with Aspen. Worthless app.

Crashes every time I attempt to add any book.

I like how slow the scroll bar is and how I cant choose what page to go to and how I cant see two pages side by side. I also like how it crashes when I save a picture and scrolls back to the top when I exit out of a picture.

None of the tables in BCSC display correctly

The app is not optimized for iPad pro 12.9, highlighting does not work. Apple pen support scarce. If I did not have to use it I would not.

Consistently fails to “see” new books I have purchased. Have to delete app and reinstall. Then it works. Once that is done it has been working ok.

This could be a good app if it didn’t constantly crash. It also doesn’t allow you to select search or TOC. A waste of space on my phone.

Using a surface laptop and iPhone and can’t access books through aspenlaw

Highlighting feature does not work. Can’t download books from chrome only through safari. What is the point of a textbook if I cannot highlight or make notes? But yes, at least I got books, and I can open them on my iPad, nothing more.

The app doesn’t support highlight function. I tried for a several books but it just doesn’t work. This app needs to be updated regularly.

Great app! Very easy to use. Highly recommended.

App crashes every time I open my text book.

Fails to work more often than not. Frustrating.

I purchased books with my AHA account I am able to see it in my iPhone but iPad Does not recognize my password even though I am able to login easily on my pic Mac and even web browser Fix the problem

Don't buy ebooks that only uses this app to read your eBooks. There is no user manual per their tech support. You can't manage your bookshelves. Hard to navigate, no dictionary lookup, no notes, no underline capabilities. There website is just a marketing tool for publishers of ebooks and not the consumers. It's no near the capabilities & user friendliness of the Apple iBook, a built in app on the iPhone. Buy your ebooks that can be read on iBook or Good Reader.

Nice App, it only took me a few minutes to search and download the book that interested me and I read it comfortably in three days.

Very good app for keeping my class textbooks, but sadly, the app constantly crashes after I highlight or note. It keeps happening every time I open the app again and highlight some more. Also, I believe the app could improve its highlighting function. Highlighting the sentences and words I would like would be much less troublesome if I could do it without making a square.

Every time I close the app and go back, it takes me all the way out to the bookshelf. I have to then go looking for the last page where I left off.

It keeps my notes through all my devices up-to-date

Cannot open any of the books I downloaded. Used to work just fine

Waiting hours are over now, I was looking for an app which can read both ePub and PDF both and it does. Great work!
